+How long do spices stay fresh?
Whole spices keep their aroma for 2–3 years if stored in a cool, dark place. Ground spices are best within 12 months of milling — every Miss Masala tin is dated.
+Where do you ship?
UK mainland next-day available. Standard delivery 2–3 working days. EU and international shipping coming soon.
+Are your spices organic?
Several products are certified organic (look for the green Organic badge on the listing). Others come from farms that follow organic practices but aren't yet certified.
+Can I return opened products?
For food-safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed packs within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced free of charge.
+Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — restaurants, caterers, retailers and food manufacturers can apply for a trade account with wholesale pricing on 5kg/25kg packs.
