1. About us
This site is operated by Miss Masala Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Contact: hello@missmasala.co.uk.
2. Placing an order
By placing an order you make an offer to buy. We accept the order when we email you an order confirmation; at that point a contract is formed. We may decline an order for any reasonable reason (e.g. stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors).
3. Pricing and payment
Retail prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Trade prices are shown to approved trade accounts only. All prices and the final order total are recomputed server-side at checkout — the price you pay is the price shown on the order confirmation.
4. Delivery
UK delivery options and timings are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch within one working day. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.
5. Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds Policy. For food-safety reasons, opened packs cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free.
6. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are subject to application, verification, and approval at our sole discretion. Trade pricing, MOQs and credit terms apply only when your trade account status is "Approved". We may suspend or close a trade account that breaches these terms, fails credit checks, or misuses pricing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping protected pages, no attempting to bypass pricing or authentication, no automated abuse of the application, login or checkout flows.
8. Allergens and food safety
Please read the Allergen & Food Safety information before ordering. You are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen panels for every product you buy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
