Direct trade
We buy direct from farming co-operatives and family mills. There are no middlemen between the field and your kitchen, which means farmers get a fairer price and you get fresher product.
Independent lab testing
Every batch is tested for heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbial load, and (where relevant) curcumin/capsaicin/essential-oil content. Certificates of Analysis are available on request for trade customers.
Small-batch milling
Ground spices are stone-milled in batches of 50–200kg and nitrogen-flushed before packing. Volatile aroma compounds don't survive industrial steel mills; ours do.
What we don't add
No anti-caking agents. No fillers. No salt in our masalas. No artificial colours in our chili powders — that scarlet red is the chili.
