UK Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in the UK Mon–Fri. Orders placed before 1pm dispatch the same working day.
- Standard (2–3 working days) — £3.95. Free over £35.
- Tracked 24 (next working day) — £6.95.
- Trade pallet / 25kg+ — quoted at checkout based on weight & postcode.
Highlands, Islands and BFPO addresses may take 1–2 extra working days. We do not currently ship outside the UK from the storefront; international trade enquiries to trade@missmasala.co.uk.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Unopened packs
Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original outbound shipping). Buyer pays return postage. Please email returns@missmasala.co.uk first to receive a return reference.
Opened or part-used packs
For food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or part-used products, unless the goods are faulty (see below).
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, past its best-before date, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at returns@missmasala.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund in full, including any return postage costs.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by our team via the admin dashboard back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Refunds normally appear within 3–5 working days. We will email you confirmation when the refund is issued.
Trade accounts
Trade accounts on credit terms: returns and credits are processed against the original invoice and reflected on your next statement.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
